You are responsible for all decisions you make based on AI-generated recommendations.
Early access
During early access, StartupOps is provided as-is. Features may change, be added, or removed. We do not guarantee uptime or specific functionality during this period.
We may revoke early access at our discretion, though we will notify affected users with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StartupOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

You may stop using StartupOps at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and you may request export or deletion of your data.
Changes
We may update these terms as StartupOps evolves. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and StartupOps both submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms.
Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are commenced.
